Jackie Tewes APRN, CNP, MSN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in medicine. She graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her internship at a rural clinic in David City, Nebraska. Jackie has experience in a variety of medical services which are listed below. Her special interests include wellness, preventive care, medical weight loss, women’s health, hormone therapy and mental health.

Jackie’s practice style is patient-centered and based on patient-provider teamwork. She empowers patients to be active participants in their healthcare decision making. When it comes to healthcare, Jackie believes health is far beyond a medical diagnosis, but rather the combination of physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual wellbeing. During her practice she has received the Summa Cum Lauda award for patient communication for five consecutive years, which places her in the top 1% of clinicians in the United States. This award represents her patients sense as known, unique individuals, how well they feel listened to, and how well they understand their medications and instructions.
